New Music Friday: Soave's latest music releases

ILYAA and ZANA combine for catchy techno hit

Renowned for significantly re-shaping the dancefloor image of what Soave is all about, ILYAA has fashioned a hyperactive, intense and yet incredibly catchy techno sound that’s making him a driving force in the club scene. The Swedish artist adds to his extraordinary output with “Love Me Not”, a bouncy and bass-filled instrumental that becomes a pure dancefloor anthem thanks to ZANA’s magical vocals. It’s another one for the books, showcasing why ILYAA – though with over 2.5 million monthly listeners to his name – is only at the beginning of this formidable chapter!

Up next...

Up there in the ranks of the top generals in chill house territory, Shoby needs little to no introduction. The Dubai-nurtured, Germany-based producer sees around a million monthly listeners tuning in to his charming, delicate, and playful catalog. His newest release sees him combine with another prominent figure, Felix Samuel, who boasts over 3 million monthly listeners, partly thanks to the infamous “Pumped Up Kicks” cover. Don't miss out on “Don’t Let Your Mama Down,” an incredible chill house beauty! For a decade now, Malaga-based duo We Architects have been creating vibrant tropical house tracks with a distinctive pop twist. Their releases on Soave showcase their talent for merging upbeat, summery vibes with polished pop sensibilities. Their latest track, “Make Me Better,” features NYC-based Nate VanDeusen and delivers soulful, summery vibes perfect for your beach or road trip playlists. Hailing from the Netherlands, Sparkle had a formidable 2023 with songs like “Know Ya” counting over 7 million streams on Spotify alone. Seeking an even more promising year, the melodic producer gets extra colorful, breezy, and tropical with “One Last Time,” inviting fellow Dutch artist Giel Dekker to perform a fantastic sing-along anthem. Sparkle and Giel Dekker’s wondrous new tune is perfect for your summer road trip playlists! The legend has it that TWOPILOTS met Brian Michael Hinds, aka Bottom G, during a VIP pool party in a remote, exclusive location. Soon after, this cover came to life, defining a new step in the influencer’s sound and enhancing TWOPILOTS' chill sound. Whether you’re relaxing at a beach club, driving along the coastline at sunset, or getting ready for a pool party, you’ll want to listen to “I Found You.” There’s nothing unfactual about chill house carrying the characteristics ideal for moments of calm, ease, and bliss. Today, we have “A Moment Like This” with joyous, soulful vocals and acoustic beauty for cool comfort in the hot summer days. The artists behind this track, Paul Hawksworth and ay-Mill, have teamed up for a series of folk-pop dance songs, and this is their first on Soave. For the few who haven’t been formally introduced, Braaten is the Norwegian producer behind covers of “Chasing Cars” and “Big Jet Plane,” amassing over 55 million streams. His discography continues to grow with his 12th release of 2024, a chill house cover of Hoobastank’s “The Reason” featuring American singer-songwriter RÆ. This calming track is another standout in Braaten's impressive catalog. Rapidly building his AALLAR alias, Natty Rico channels his experience to offer a fresh sound that pays homage to his disco and tropical upbringings. “I’ll Be There,” a cover of Jess Glynne’s 2018 hit, combines with Finnish artist DeejaVu to produce this groovy banger. LA-based singer and songwriter Lynnzee Fraye delivers vocals that match the pop sensibilities of the original while making it her own. The way aperol and prosecco blend effortlessly for a magical summer combination, Honey and Summer Vibes have become as iconic as the cocktail. For their latest offering, the pair whip up a gorgeous mélange of captivating melodies and acoustic sensibilities. “You Got Me Losing My Mind” hypnotizes on all fronts, capturing your summers in full force. Does it get any smoother than this? Soft and gentle while rich in textural artifacts that deepen the moody feel, “Years Pass” is the quintessential chill house song of 2024. Swedish artist ERIICE debuts on Soave with this track, embodying his deep understanding of chill house music and introducing novel sound design approaches. Teaming up is maybealice, whose name has been rising in Soave’s roster. Chill and tropical house artist HORT3N has released a series of tracks on Soave since debuting in 2022, with singles like “What A Wonderful World” breaking over 1.2 million streams on Spotify. The Norwegian returns with “Only Yours,” a heartfelt summer anthem featuring evocative vocals and sun-tinged saxophones. Recent label debutante Planet Wave House made his mark on Soave with “Hold You Right,” presenting his amalgamated sound that sets the Canadian apart. On his 2024 releases, South African artist Kelo joins forces to amplify each track, and “Shine Your Light” gets an added touch from Soave mainstay Namté. Need an escape? Planet Wave House, Kelo, and Namté have got just what you need.

Through their unapologetically joyous expression, Maggie Szabo and No Expression drag you straight to “Paradise” in just 2 minutes and 39 seconds! Canadian-born Maggie Szabo and Portuguese producer No Expression blend empowering songwriting, memorable melodies, and iconic sound selection in this dance beauty. Wherever you are, take one step closer to “Paradise.”

Portuguese talent Dei Santi has been creeping into the scene since 2022, sculpting a catalog of festival-ready bangers. For his debut on Soave, Dei Santi invites chill and deep house expert LAUWE, known for records like “Cruel Summer.” This bouncy deep house banger, “Take A Piece (Of My Heart),” is the energetic heater you didn’t expect.

German producer Level 8 has spent the last few years cementing his name in the dance scene with a series of hits breaking millions of streams. His 2024 looks even more promising with “One (Your Name)” and “My Mother Told Me” already at the top of his catalog with over 3.4 million streams together. Level 8 continues his run with the aptly titled “Monster,” a techno behemoth in collaboration with Belgian producer Lotus. When summer arrives, so does a boatload of pick-me-up songs sure to elevate every day of this sunny season. Leading the pack is “All This Time,” Braaheim’s latest addition to his explosive catalog, boasting nearly 5 million monthly listeners. This track features Dimmalou and Felixx, known for their euphoric releases, making it the ultimate techno anthem – catchy, gritty, and impossible to resist.
