After their joint Soave Records debut early June, Pillows and Menshee return to the Dutch label for their follow up. ‘Jennifer’ once again combines a funky deep house instrumental with a catchy yet emotional vocal.
The pillow-head girl from LA took the Motown jazz feeling and paired it with some tropical deep house flow to get a crossover full of summer beach vibes. “I wanted a song that sounds like the happy cousin of the Weeknd”, Pillows adds. “The song combines orchestra style instruments with house elements. This is the perfect song for all ages to jam to and fall in love with Pillows!”
