Ready to lace up your shoes and take on the Running Playlist Challenge? 🏅🎵 Show us how music influences your running performance and be part of our exciting compilation video! Submit your videos by 22.06.2023 at the latest via the link below. Let's hit the pavement together and make every stride count!

But, why?

We want to find out if our Running playlist actually makes you run faster. The best way to test that? Asking its listeners to join this experiment, of course!

Here's how to participate

​

1. Take two runs: On one run, play our Running playlist, and on the other, choose different music. See if the playlist gives you an extra boost and helps you run faster!

​

2. Capture the runs: Film your runs using a smartphone or any other recording device. Don't worry about the distance—run at a pace and distance that feels comfortable to you, even if it's just for 5 minutes!

​

3. Submit your footage: Send us the videos of both runs. We'll be editing them into a compilation video that will be shared on our social media platforms. It's your chance to showcase your dedication and inspire others to join the challenge next month.

4. Spread the word: In the video, we'll include a call-to-action for viewers to follow our Running playlist and participate in the challenge. Help us build a vibrant running community by encouraging others to join in the fun! 

 

Screenshots of Completed Time: In addition to the video clips, we ask you to share two screenshots showing the completed time of your runs. You can download Strava (www.strava.com) to track your runs and compare the two routes.
