If you are looking to apply years of experience and insights in music within a young fast-growing company, Soave is open for a chat! After six years and thousands of releases, a team of ten A&R and Product Managers is waiting for you to help us become the number one hallmark in feel good electronic music.

You’ll be joining an international record company located in the centre of Rotterdam, working with artists around the world. We’ve teamed our producers such as Kav Verhouzer, De Hofnar, Braaheim and Madism up with artists like Snoop Dogg, Anastacia and Lil’ Wayne. We are a global top 5 Spotify curator and known in the dance music industry as a progressive and innovative label where hundreds of artists submit their demo songs weekly, hoping to join us. 

 

We’re looking for someone to head our A&R department, which is taking care of over twenty releases every week. Even though you’ll be in our office most of the time, the team is spread all over Europe and you’ll be in touch with them mainly virtually. Even more so for our artist roster, but we also have a significant local base. Apart from your own team, you’ll be working intensively with our marketing manager, distribution manager, COO and CEO.

You have:

• Experience in heading an (international) A&R/label team

• An extensive network in the (electronic) music industry

• The skill to spot new music trends while they’re only still emerging

• A creative and artistic vision with an aim for efficiency and an eye for ROI

You are:

• Happy to merge your own ideas with our vision

• Excited to grow our artists and roster

• Looking beyond traditional A&R roles to combine with marketing and financial insights

• Taking decisions based on data, not gut feelings

• Speaking and writing Dutch and English professionally

You’ll be responsible for:

• All artist communications and negotiations

• Sourcing toplines, writers and singers

• Signing new talent and acclaimed artists

• Coaching your team to grow in their role
