Distribution Manager 

 

Are you a fan of dance music and looking to work in the music business? Then join Soave Records as a distribution manager! Take on the administrative side of distributing the best chill house and dance songs out to the world. You will be leading our team of product managers and in charge of the release process of all our new tracks. All the while, you’re making the world a better place by sharing good vibes!

 

You have:

• Experience with music distribution through third party services

• General understanding of the music business

• An eye for detail and good organisation skills

• Always up to date knowledge of the latest music trends

• A passion for dance music and the likes

 

You are:

• Speaking and writing English professionally

• Based in the Netherlands and working from our Rotterdam office

• Organised, reliable and efficient

• Able to work in a team setting, fostering collaboration and communication 

• Independent and ready to learn by doing

 

What will you be doing?

• Managing everything from the finished track to the release on streaming services, by leading the product management team and acting as a problem solver and knowledge base

• Leading projects aimed at process improvements

• Coordinating particularities of local music distribution with licensing partners

• Liaise with the A&R team (lead) to ensure releases progress according to schedule
